Since the Great Recession began in late 2007 millions of Americans have been downsized, laid off or fired, some multiple times. What's even more damning are the following statistics. Currently:

• There are over 13 million unemployed people in America;
• There are well over 10 million who are underemployed and;
• Many millions more are stuck - unhappy doing what they're doing, unhappy living the way they're living and unsure of what to do next.

Millions have been forced to repackage their priorities, finances, businesses, and ultimately, their lives. Before, that was an option. Today, it’s a reality. It's something you'll probably have to do multiple times over your lifetime. But when you get down to it you have only TWO choices:

• You can repackage yourself so you can reposition yourself so you can rewrite your future; OR
• You can be repackaged by someone else, rerouted somewhere else to a place where you cannot recover.
